Refund & Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact us, perhaps we can work something out.
We offer a return or refund within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following terms:
- Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at +6010 268 1882 within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and we will not be held responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen parcels.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
- Non-Refundable Items: Sale and clearance items are excluded from the 7-day returns policy and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Note on Free Shipping: If your order qualified for free shipping (orders over RM350) and your return reduces the total order amount below RM350, a delivery charge will be deducted from your refund. The charge is RM10 for West Malaysia and RM25 for East Malaysia. If you return the entire order, the actual cost of shipping the parcel to you will be deducted from your refund.
