Shipping Rates for Malaysia

• FREE delivery for orders above RM350.
• West Malaysia : RM10 flat rate for orders RM350 and below.
• East Malaysia  : RM15 flat rate for orders RM350 and below.

 

Processing Time

At AstrOlly, we strive to deliver your orders efficiently and on time.

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the time you receive your order confirmation email.
• Once your order is processed and packed, we’ll send you a tracking code to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

 Typical delivery times after dispatch:

• West Malaysia: 1 to 3 working days
• East Malaysia: 3 to 15 working days 

 

Same Day Delivery

Absolutely! We understand the urgency of last-minute deliveries, and we can have your order delivered within a few hours! This speedy service is available upon request at an additional cost, charged by independent third-party courier services (Grab Express, Lalamove, etc.).

 

Pre-Order

Orders that include pre-order items will be shipped only once all items in the order are available. If you would like to receive the in-stock items before the pre-order item becomes available, we recommend placing two separate orders.
